  • Change-of-mind returns are eligible for store credit only
  • Opened or used hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable
  • Faulty or defective items are entitled to a remedy under law
  • Unauthorised returns may be refused
  • Refunds to the original payment method are issued only where required by law

9. Customer Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Attempt chargeback fraud
